Everdays is looking for a Marketing Manager that will work with the Director of Marketing to own our blog, email and social marketing journeys. This individual is well versed with strategic use of various platforms for lead generation, customer engagement and retention. You'll be primarily responsible for creating, executing, and overseeing our blog, email, and organic social media presence.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Execute the strategy for email journeys to reach and acquire new consumers and retain and engage with our current consumers.
  • Contribute to email design, copy, and structure across all email types, including monthly newsletters, general marketing, product updates, etc.
  • Create all of our email campaigns and manage QA for all. Analyze, A/B test campaigns to help improve open rates, click rates and other email success parameters.
  • Set up email automations and conversion points across our funnels.
  • Manage and maintain the blog and content posting schedule, including posting and updating articles, and optimizing ads and conversions for best practices
  • Manage organic social media presence to build audiences and promote brand awareness and lovability across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin, and create messaging to drive engagement and brand loyalty that aligns with overall company brand and strategy.
  • Monitor social media platform performance to make recommendations and directly improve growth and performance in line with best practices.
  • Work with the marketing team to set up new content led lead generation campaigns for customer acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Be responsible for educating the team and sharing new ideas related to email marketing and how it can impact our overall business.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • 4-6 years experience in an email or social media marketing role, with preference towards candidates who have built automated customer journeys connected with the business
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Very proficient working with Wordpress and MailChimp
  • Experience working with Salesforce integrations, Pardot, Sprout, Hootsuite, Zoho or similar
  • Previous experience with building customer-centric email campaigns for lead generation and new customer acquisition. Working with diverse audience types and audiences 60 and older is a plus.
  • Creative mindset to be able to identify opportunities for improvement across social, blog, and email mediums
  • Working with team on process management, organization using project management tools
  • Ambitious in helping a strong tech company scale with an impactful blog, email and social marketing plan
  • Highly collaborative mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a key eye for design
