Everdays is looking for a Digital Audience Growth Manager that will work with the Director of Ecommerce and executive management team in devising marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and ultimately successful usage and retention. You will work as part of the ecommerce team to conceptualize and create content to fuse new value into all stages of the customer journey. The role requires both a creative and sales-focused mind, and offers the opportunity to be part of major marketing and content initiatives from conception to promotion.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Take the Everdays Organic (memorial) audience and put them on a consumer journey and marketing path designed specifically for their unique positioning as it relates to our business:
    • Close proximity to loss
    • Close proximity/affinity for a FH brand.
  • Work with and support the Director of Ecommerce to conceptualize and execute on compelling messaging and brand stories
  • Planning, executing, and measuring digital paid advertising campaigns, SEO, Social Media Ads, Display Ads, Retargeting, etc.
  • Tracking conversion rates and working with marketing and product teams to make improvements to the app and/or platform.
  • Defining and implementing best practice measurement methodologies to enable goal-driven digital performance analytics for acquisition campaigns and tactics
  • Assisting the Director of Ecommerce in creating, curating, managing and editing content for social channels, communities, and blogs
  • Help the marketing, product, and executive teams in producing brand presentations and documents
  • Staying updated on news sources, industry trends and publications, and surface insights that will help the marketing team grow and innovate

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree with a major in marketing or business preferred
  • Experience working on 360 degree marketing campaigns (social, digital, traditional, PR, tech blogs, etc) to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Ability to pitch ideas and messaging to the team internally, as well as media and potential partners externally
  • Creativity that helps bring new and exciting ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
  • Avid follower and user in the social, mobile technology space
