The Manager of Recruiting will own the talent acquisition process and overall strategy for Everdays. The individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse roles across the company You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of all hires at Everdays, from creative job marketing and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding. The individual will be proactive in ensuring that Everdays is in a position to have a robust pipeline of talented individuals.

The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador in the talent and job search communities, an expert networker, a passionate promoter of our product and culture, and have a proven track record of building out employer brand and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Own the talent acquisition vision and roadmap balancing quality and speed with innovation.
  • Oversee the management and execution of full-life cycle searches by developing the sourcing and recruiting strategies across all departments.
  • Build out innovative evaluation tools and integrate across the organization.
  • Create the marketing and research strategy to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent in anticipation of future needs.
  • Build Everdays' brand as a destination employer for top talent.
  • Build a recruiting process that:
    • Recruits highly sought after talent
    • Consults with upper management and hiring managers to ensure the job requirements are understood
    • Ensures candidates are assessed (including appropriate formal assessments) in relation to the proper criteria for each role
    • Works with a high volume of candidates while maintaining a hands on personal touch with all prospects
    • Follows up regularly with the team as well as the candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Minimum of 7 years of in-house recruiting & sourcing experience
  • Proven experience building a recruiting process and employer brand
  • Strong at selling high-value prospects on the job, our company, or why they should even give you the time to make your pitch
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions at any given time
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Creative, and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to find better leads and improve effectiveness
