As Partner Success Manager, you will play a critical role in educating the market about the power of Everdays. You will generate new opportunities, and ensure they are set up for long-term success. In this position, you must be results-oriented, motivated, and able to quickly build relationships with executive leadership at prospective partners and will leverage the power of building long term relationships, listening, and connecting for outstanding customer outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be responsible for signing up funeral home partners to the Everdays platform
  • Become an expert on the Everdays product and funeral profession
  • Successfully launch new partners and build a systematic approach to continued success
  • Acquire and onboard new partners consistently at or above quota
  • Demonstrate all the behaviors associated with high-performance sales and success culture, focusing on managing a pipeline, exceeding activity, delivering results against a quota and maintaining productive partner relationships
  • Develop lasting relationships with new partners, ensuring successful usage, engagement, and excitement about the Everdays experience.
  • Through excellent customer service, build, maintain, and leverage ongoing relationships with new and established partners that lead to increased adoption and ongoing use of the Everdays app and dashboard.
  • Utilize a robust CRM to manage relationships and outcomes.
  • Understand the industry, market needs, and competitors.
  • Respond to emails, live chats, and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner that supports the ongoing relationship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in b2b sales, or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leveraging and building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen to customers, to communicate the benefit of services clearly and succinctly, and to tailor future correspondence to address their needs.
  • Ability to learn new information quickly.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to changing environments.
  • Impeccable spoken and written English.
  • Proactive, creative, detail-oriented team player who loves solving problems.
  • Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish and/or French.
