The Manager of eCommerce, reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, will be critical in designing and driving both internal and external-facing roadmaps for all things related to ecommerce and checkout flows at Everdays - ranging from features to programs, organic and paid campaigns, to business analytics infrastructure, and more. You will develop a tight working relationship with product managers, engineers, designers, copywriters, designers, and legal/compliance within the company to fully leverage building new customer opportunities and experiences. This is a critical function in helping Everdays become the most engaging place to discover and purchase products and services that remove stress and uncertainty from 55+ year olds across the country.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • With internal and unfettered access to an audience of millions of consumers engaging on our national platform; you will create messaging and experiences to promote our brand, drive product adoption and usage, and sell insurance products.
  • Manage the overall eCommerce strategy and management of internal and external acquisition, sales, and retention channels; including the website/app, email, sms, Facebook, and Google/Bing.
  • Determine digital channel and agency budgets, across Facebook, Google/Bing, and SEO.
  • Develop a firm understanding and organization of key performance data, and then utilize that Google Analytics, Hotjar and campaign data to measure marketing ROI, CAC, conversions, and other core KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to design or transform products to increase customer receptivity and conversion
  • Partner with the Customer Service team to create customer journeys that reduce friction and increase time to close, satisfaction, retention, and experience sharing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of software product management experience e-commerce and/or advertising
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment and drive tangible business impact
  • Strong customer obsession, curiosity and self-driven, accept challenges and aim for the highest
  • Marketing education
  • Experience or Technical education (CS, EE, Statistics, etc.) also could be beneficial
